We had several issues;
- The pilots arrived at 9:00 AM and not 8:00 AM. This delayed our departure time 45 minutes. If we had arrived for our departure an hour late, your documents say we would be charged. Shouldn’t it go both ways?

Yes we have arrived. Thanks to the whole team for your quick attention and getting us a replacement aircraft in a timely manner. We still have plenty of time for our 6PM event this evening.

Everything went very well. The aircraft was clean and well organized inside. The pilots were very courteous and professional. The catering was OK. Ground transportation in Vero Beach was top notch. Ground transportation in Louisburg was also top notch.

Excellent catering! Ground transport in Raleigh and Vero Beach was excellent. The pilots were very courteous with our wedding clothes. The aircraft was very clean and well organized. The journey was a great experience AND we looked top notch at the wedding!

Thank you for your note. We had a very nice flight. The aircraft was clean and in very nice condition and the crew were very professional and pleasant. Very windy day and they did an excellent job of landing in a stiff cross wind!

All went very well. First time on the LJ31. Very comfortable. Crew was great. I do have a question though. I usually fly on my shared nextant. Our crew doesn’t accept tips. I’m wondering if it’s customary to tip the crew with charter. If so how much ?

Merry Christmas to everyone…. On November 26, I wrote you guys an email letting you know that you had just flown me on the worst plane I had ever been on…. I tried to help you by telling you not to put any other customers on that plane. There is no air …. I explained to you that all of my passengers almost got sick.

The aircraft was beautiful both on the inside and outside. The aircraft crew was very personable and brought us home made coffee and cookies. I would like to fly with that crew again. Ground transportation on both ends was excellent. Thank you for a great experience during a very sad time (we were returning from a funeral).
