Landed ahead of schedule which is good. Crew was also good. It was a very old well used plane though.  Not sure I’d want to fly it again.  

Everything was great at every step.  Driver met us and delivered us to SeaTac airport and all is well. Thank you.

We arrived safely but delayed. For feedback on improving the details I am including a few comments.

1) The delay of departure was due to someone entering the wrong birthday for Chris. I double checked to see if I had made the typo but I had properly entered the right date into the BaJIT One Flight passenger system. As a redundancy, we also provided photos of every passenger passport. Somewhere along the process, the date was not entered properly into the system that the flight provider sent for clearance.

2) Catering: The food was fine, but the plane did not have any Vodka on board and only 3 minis of Tequila. Haley had contacted the company and sent a list which showed that they would have those in the galley. Not a big deal, just a little bit of a letdown as we started our flight.

3) On approach to Tulum, the pilots had to abort the landing due to a Terrain warning. It is very flat in Tulum so don’t know if their approach angle was incorrect or a system error. They did the correct procedure by aborting and coming around again so we are very thankful for that decision. It freaked a few of the passengers out, but all is well.

All is good, just wanted to provide some feedback for continuous improvement processes.

Overall an excellent trip, very attentive staff and crew, comfortable aircraft configuration within its category.  One suggestion: make sure that every plane carries a “seatbelt extender“ for any XL-size passenger.

There was no catering on the flight.  Some platters were ordered. Aircraft is beautiful and pilots were very professional. Ground transportation in Raleigh was excellent.   Ground transportation in Texas: driver didn’t seem to know what he was doing.

Hi Noah, I appreciate the note and I am impressed with how well OneFlight handled a really tough situation.  I realize that a mechanical failure on peak days is far from ideal, but at no point did I feel like anything was more important to OneFlight than getting my family to our destination. Drews constant communication was comforting and Tonya was quick to let me know that this was going to be handled quickly. I was impressed and you all deserve to hear it.

Jordan - In general the flights were ok but see below for further details - Leg 1 - *plane interior had not been refurbished as indicated in materials sent to me - probably 10+ years since the last refurbishment.       *plugs for re-charging were broken and non-operative. *lavatory seat was broken and had to be held manually while using the facilities - (pilot was made aware of this item) Leg 2 - *plane was not refurbished as indicated in materials sent to me. - probably 10+ years since the last refurbishment. *‎seats were broken and moved around during take-off - had to change seats several times - pilot indicated it was because of the emergency door the seat had to lay flat - *air conditioner was broken and because of this the lavatory door could not be closed during use because that was the only source of air in the plane. - via the pilot - because of this the lavatory could not be used by me or my wife. *numerous scuffs, marks on seats and the walls. These were 2 separate planes by the same operator. I am looking forward to my next NYC flight in December to have working and updated interiors where the lavatories are not compromised and all equipment in the cabins work. I would question using this operator in the future given the misleading refurbished dates and inaccurate pictures that reflect some other plane than the ones actually used. Let me know if you need further color on any of the items as I already spoke to Drew after the first leg. The second leg was actually worse.

It was another wonderful flight. Every flight with Baker Aviation has been a 10 out of 10. All their pilots have lots of personality and can really fly. The planes all look new inside. This one looked a little dated from outside but brand-new inside. It flew like a new plane which is what is most important. Baker is definitely my favorite vendor of yours.

For your clients that may ask I always tip the pilots each 250 dollars. It’s not a lot but they all appreciate the thought.

Ground transportation
The drivers were both very nice. Lester of K and L Transportation is a top notch, Limo Driver. He dresses the part, acts the part, looks the part etc. I felt like President Trump being driven by a Secret Service guy!!. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Dave in Kalispell was more like an UBER but he was a great guy, and his car was new and clean.

Overall, my first One Flight arranged transportation was very good.

I always tip the drivers 50 dollars. Again, it’s not the money it’s the gesture and they really appreciate it. I feel if all One Flight clients make the effort to tip pilots and drivers your contracted companies will be even more excited about working with One Flight and it will make for a better experience for all of us.

Same plane we had going to PBI different crew, they were good plane was clean and organized but its getting a little tired. Id say a 3 

Very pleasant flight and the crew were great. Only misstep was the requested cheese and crackers that missed the flight.

the flight crew and airplane was just terrific 🧑‍✈️. We couldn’t have asked for anything better 

The plane was a few minutes late and had to fuel up. So we were delayed a half hour or so. This was not a problem for us, so I mention it only so you know. The rest of the flight was perfect. The pilot and co-pilot could not have been more professional, helpful and informative.  The flight itself was generally smooth and comfortable. We’d be delighted to have that plane and crew again any time.
