Wonderful flight and Modern Aviation FBO at JFK is outstanding. We cleared customs early, made our way to the curb, called Modern and in 10 minutes they arrived to pick us up. The plane was almost ready to go when we arrived. After just a few minutes we got to take off 1:15 early which got us home that much earlier. This one was really COOL!!!!!!

It sent very well. Both the pilot and co pilot were terrific and very thoughtful of the two small children. Would enjoyriding with them again in the future. Best experience we’ve had with one flight delivered by wheels up!

Flight and catering was perfect. Crew was good as well. Plane though was old and the door to the head was jammed. Though the X is a great plane, this one needs an update.

As far as I saw on the front end of the trip, everything was great and smooth. The plane was in position in plenty of time, the crew was very helpful and welcoming, and they made the boarding/loading process easy.

The transportation pickup was a little early but good. The flight crew was polite and ready when we arrived, plane was clean. Catering was as we hoped. The transportation was waiting for us to land and pulled up as the door was opening. GREAT FLIGHT!

Service was fine but we had to stop in Peoria to add fuel. Before this trip, we’ve never had to do that between Chicago and Alliance. I understand the stop on our way to Chicago two weeks ago because we had to travel way west to avoid the storms but today I don’t understand. I’d like to know which aircraft and airports can fly without a fuel stop. Especially since this has never happened before. If a Hawker can’t make it, I’d like to know before we book.

We were impressed with the pilots, very respectful, professional, clearly explained all, and were responsive to our questions. the Citation was fine, could use an upgrade. As we know the lavatory is always a challenge. All that said it was really fine. The catering came in a bag with one package of folks and knives and could have been prepared more professionally. The transportation was excellent.. The bottom line, safety first, and that is what makes us comfortable.
