"Flight was fine. Being asked to go wheels up earlier (with such late notice) made our catering unavailable. Further, the logistics around arranging transportation for 7 people was frustrating. Your agent was very nice and attempted to make things work, but the options she had to offer didn’t seem efficient or cost effective for either you or us. Pilots were great, metal was great. "

The flight and crew were amazing and it was a fantastic flight. But, I need to ask for a favor. I left a bottle of Tequila, Clasa Azul on the plane that was on the seat behind where I was sitting all the way in back. Any chance they can leave that for us at the jet center so I can pick it up later? I am sorry about this. ~ OFI Update - Bottle recovered for client.

Wonderful flight and Modern Aviation FBO at JFK is outstanding. We cleared customs early, made our way to the curb, called Modern and in 10 minutes they arrived to pick us up. The plane was almost ready to go when we arrived. After just a few minutes we got to take off 1:15 early which got us home that much earlier. This one was really COOL!!!!!!
