All went very well. First time on the LJ31. Very comfortable. Crew was great. I do have a question though. I usually fly on my shared nextant. Our crew doesn’t accept tips. I’m wondering if it’s customary to tip the crew with charter. If so how much ?

Merry Christmas to everyone…. On November 26, I wrote you guys an email letting you know that you had just flown me on the worst plane I had ever been on…. I tried to help you by telling you not to put any other customers on that plane. There is no air …. I explained to you that all of my passengers almost got sick.

The aircraft was beautiful both on the inside and outside. The aircraft crew was very personable and brought us home made coffee and cookies. I would like to fly with that crew again. Ground transportation on both ends was excellent. Thank you for a great experience during a very sad time (we were returning from a funeral).

Crew, captain and co-pilot were outstanding. Anne the flight attendant was also outstanding. Very attentive and pleasant. Catering was excellent quality. Driver was on time and very good. Plane was a bit older. Sink in lav didn’t work. But very comfortable interior and clean. Thanks until next time.

you have no idea how important this flight was to us.  you helped us immensely.  the attention to the little details was outstanding.  Jersey Mike's subs were just perfect. With the size of the aircraft, anything larger than finger foods would have been difficult. Thanks again for the great service and attention. As Randy said, "try not to get spoiled!!"

Brandon Carrier (Precision) was spot on, plane was clean and well equipped , on time and pilots were anxious to make sure our flight was perfect. Also happy to see that One Flight wants to have feed back. 

Another excellent flight.  Aircraft and flight crew were excellent, although I wouldn’t recommend that 7 seat config of the Citation VII  for a much longer flight.  Catering high quality.

My kids said the flight went well, and enjoyed it.  

Could not have been better. The Longitude was fabulous. It was as if it had never been flown in. The crew and flight attendant were great and the catering that you ordered for us was perfect. Looking forward to our next trip. Your attention and service helped make everything go smoothly.

Amazed at how quickly you were able to get a recovery jet and organize the catering and transportation as if nothing happened.
