Very nice and accommodating pilots, they were ready to go early but we were a little slow with the last minute bathroom breaks and they didn’t mind at all. We got off the ground early and the takeoff and landings were very smooth. Very friendly guys. Came back to talk to us a few times to make sure we had snacks and drink and blankets and speakers if we wanted to play music. The plane seemed to be completely remodeled on the inside. Everything looked brand new. And I don’t know if y’all ever give feedback to the airports on ground crew, but we had the coolest guy in Orlando, I think he was working by himself, he took out our luggage and then drove our rental car to where it needed to go…then as our pilots are giving the safety briefing he was peeking at us through the window and doing a dance with his light up wands! It was hilarious, he had the best attitude. I wish I had gotten his name!

As always, superb performance by the entire ONEFlight team! On time and as planned!

A few items of feedback for the plane owner/operator: 1) WiFi was very slow and unreliable/kept disconnecting, 2) the light in the lavatory didn’t work, so had to keep the door partially open for light, and 3) the water in the sink didn’t work.

Figured you’d want to know to give feedback to them.

The flights and all arrangements were PERFECT! Lauren, thank you for your efforts and coordination. We enjoyed every bite of the catering and ground transportation was flawless. 

We really enjoyed the aircraft and operator, Zulu; the crew was very professional and welcoming. The cabin was comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend them.

This marks another outstanding trip with OFI, and it led to a great time with my family. We look forward to our continued loyalty and more travel ahead with OFI.

The flight was great, the crew was very professional and Clay (who goes by his last name) was very accommodating.  We arrived a little early and Clay made sure to try to leave earlier. David was busy inside the cockpit getting the plane ready. The crew even filled an ice chest with beer and wine, of which we dipped in. And they made sure our car was sitting there when we landed. The only drawback was the age of the plane and the lack of internet. The plane was obviously refurbished, which made it comfortable. I originally booked a plane w internet then was switched to one that didn't have it. I agreed w the change, but on a semi-long flight, on Friday afternoon, I wish internet was available. But considering the pilots, and the level of service, I give it 5 stars. I would recommend Global for any future flight. Thanks for following up.

Wanted to share feedback regarding the flight yesterday. 

Greg mentioned the flight went well and was impressed with both pilots, Zach and Beau. The landing was smooth, and they showed professionalism all the way. He said the plane also worked out fine, he's familiar with the Hawker 400s and although it's an older plane, he has no complaints or issues to report. The plane was perfect for this trip.
