We made it but some pressurization issues at landing.  Not great.  Tough on the ears for everybody.  Sounds like they are going to be the plane fixed or have a different one on Saturday.

The crew was great and did nice job with some choppy weather.

I would say the actual quality of the Jet was not up to par.  The seats would not stay in place and were not functioning properly.  The jet was not refurbished in 2016 from what I could tell.

In the future, if we asked for a jet then we should get the quality we asked for.

Most everything was flawless.  Plane and driver on time, flight attendant was excellent. plane interior was great ( brand new interior) only mess up was our two rental cars weren’t at plane side, they had to walk to the main commercial terminal and they couldn’t provide transport over to the rental. Pilots should have known, I told them preflight my office is very detailed and know we’ve provided all the information.

everyone is relaxed because of the start for our weddings festivities. Just giving you feedback

We did arrive safely back to ATL.   I want to take this opportunity to voice my frustrations with this round trip to ____and home last night.   I decided not to voice these frustrations on Saturday b/c I knew we were scheduled to come back with the same crew late last night but anyone paying attention should’ve heard it in my tone w/ last night’s emails.    I also decided not to attempt to voice these frustrations directly when I arrived home at 1am, b/c I was a) already frustrated and angry for other reasons unrelated to OF and b) it was after 1am and nobody needed my long-winded rant that late (and I didn’t need to get myself all worked up again @ 1am either).

The flight and the airplane was good. EXCEPT The door didn’t seal properly and as we climbed and needed more pressurization it got louder and louder to the point when we could not communicate without shouting at each other. There’s a pneumatic door seal that inflates to pressurize the door that malfunctioned. We felt a little unsafe in the beginning of all this, but we landed safely.

Hello Everyone.  We had a great time on our long weekend in Tennessee.  Our feedback on this trip. The return trip was flawless.  Plane was on site, ready-to-go when we got there, and we left 10 minutes early.  Flight was great and the limo was waiting when we landed.  We were home 2.5 hours door to door; everything private aviation is about for us.

The outbound trip had its issues as we all know.  The flight itself once we got going was fine and all went well.  While I appreciate the efforts you took to keep us abreast of developments through texts and phone calls, the sequence of events did raise some questions.

I would be happy to be assigned this operator anytime! I attached a picture of my sons as they enjoyed the trip.
