Everything was seamless. The transport to the airport arrived on time, were very professional and courteous and got us there safe. The aircraft was in great shape, had all the amenities, clean, well equipped. The aircraft crew was phenomenal. The flight attendant, Maggie, was amazing and took great care of us. The drivers and cars at our destination were also there right on time, were very professional and got us to our house in no time. All was fantastic and thank you to the OFI team for providing such great care.

In addition, there was a delicious birthday cake on the plane that we didn’t order and we REALLY appreciated that. It’s is 2 of our birthdays tomorrow and that’s the purpose of the trip, so that was a wonderful surprise and very nice touch. Thank you again to the team for that!

There is certainly nothing that could have been done about that delay We were sitting at Atlantiv Aviation watching lightning bolts and thunder right overhead.

It was brutal.

Anthony, everything on the flight was just excellent. Thanks for checking up on us.

Flight was fine.  Being asked to go wheels up earlier (with such late notice) made our catering unavailable.    Further, the logistics around arranging transportation for 7 people was frustrating.  Maureen was very nice and attempted to make things work, but the options she had to offer didn’t seem efficient or cost effective for either you or us.   

Pilots were great, metal was great.

The flight landed at a different airport. Then they would not let the plane get anywhere close to the FBO and my wife and daughter had to walk a half mile to FBO with three dogs and 4 bags. Fortunately the pilots were great and helped out. The driver that was supposed to pick them up was not alerted about the diversion timely and they waited for about 20 minutes for him to come from the other airport. Other than that, I think they enjoyed the flight.
