Indeed we are on the ground. Great flight. Crew and aircraft are terrific. This crew from Baker Aviation is super nice. Hope we get to fly with them again. Thanks for another wonderful trip. OFI always takes such great care of us!

Just an FYI - the plane we were on had an odd smell to it. Kinda like air filters weee old. The air smelled stale. Not a big deal for me but others might night like it. we noticed it both ways.

Both flights were great both were Fly Alliance plans. The Pilots had outgoing personalities. On the first flight the pilot gave the 2 children gold wing pins for their shirts, they are still wearing them. The second plane they had purchased from Nascar driver Kyle Busch it was a 2016 that looked like new. They had the large galley, great snacks and they had other Vodka besides Titos, I’m not a fan of Titos😁 if they were getting ratings they would both be 5

The flight was uneventful. Just like I like them. One thing, when we got back on the airplane to come home two days later, it had not been cleaned. The empty water bottles and wrappers were still in the same cup holders. It would only take less than 30 seconds to round up two or three empty water bottles and a couple candy wrappers. It’s the little things that make the difference!

First, I want to thank the One-Flight team for getting us home last night. I certainly do not know all the details about what happened, but I could imagine much worse scenarios (like being stuck in a foreign country, even if it is Canada). It is still hard for us to imagine that you sent the jet from Miami/Tampa to Quebec, EMPTY, in order to pick us up and get us back to Savannah. So, hat’s off to you for this effort. We appreciate it.
Second, if you will allow us to get unpacked and back to normal at home, we would like to explore further, some of the items that caused our delay in a later email. We can always understand the impact of weather but there were other communications that still seem very strange to us. This will help us manage our expectations going forward for future trips. I will send another email shortly.
Again, thanks for getting us home and hope to talk to you soon.

Flight was great and the plane was brand new!!!
A slight comment is that we didnt get the catering that I thought I ordered. No big deal.
I can overlook that when a jet is that new. The ac , shades and lights could all be controlled on an Ipad.

Yeah not great as my last two flights were delayed. Can you please make sure my return tomorrow is on schedule. I have a commitment and will be tight with our current schedule so cannot afford any delay.
