All good , on our way to the hotel. A couple of comments ; airplane was not up the standard we are used to ; very “tired “ , showing its age , upholstery worn, frayed.  Catering was wonderful and crew good. Just an old aircraft .

The route change was understandable however, the lack of WIFI was not. I am very disappointed and unhappy there was no WIFI for the whole duration of the flight. I had planned to be in touch with my personnel on the ground during the flight and that did not happen. I expected better. 
How can I be assured this won’t happen again? 

The pilot was very unhappy with the situation as well and is emailing his company. 

Everything was perfect on the flight last week.  Thanks to everyone for making it easy and offering great service.

We had a terrific on time and professional crew, one of the best.  FYI, best catering ever, especially the fresh fruit.
