Hi Brandon, the flight was great as was the crew.  That said, I’m still frustrated about having to fly to MTJ instead of our requested TEX.  It seems incumbent on ONEflight to find a mission-capable aircraft for our destination.  The flight crew shared that the problem wasn’t landing t TEX, it was getting the plane back out, which isn’t efficient to let the plane sit.  This is not a passenger problem, it’s a flight ops problem so to then ask me to pay for transportation to Telluride seems unfair.  Granted, you did discount the flight $500, but the cash for the transport came out of my pocket.

Just landed in Cleveland. Flight was great , pilots awesome

The driver on arrival was rude , and non attentive. Total disregard for us  the customer. Please never utilize this service again in Cleveland. Very unpleasant experience.

We were dropped off at the wrong FBO, this FBO does not have jet services. We should have been dropped off at the South Atlantic FBO.
