Everything went great! Great plane with great pilots and great service! Transportation was good on both ends of the trip. We loved the plane upgrade.

We arrived safely in Marco despite the bad weather. The crew was fantastic, however the plane left much to be desired. Everything on the plane was broken and/or worn. Can we get a larger plane for the return trip and hopefully in better condition than the one we came down on?

And the pilots were former navy airmen, which I value, as they were very skilled and qualified. The concierge arrangements, including the ground transportation and catering, were also perfect and much appreciated. (Btw, impressively, this operator was flying Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, today on their Citation XLS, N72SG.) OFI is batting 1.000 for me and remains flawless. I continue to enjoy and appreciate your devotion to my travel experience. John, thank you for your support for me and representing OFI so well. I’m excited for more to come. The flight was excellent except for one issue. The Cessna X has a trench in the aisle between the side seats. I have size 12 feet and they are too wide for me to turn in the aisle. Please do not book me a  X again.  

Flight, aircraft and crew were great. No worries. Fbo that will be my last visit unfortunately

Flight went perfectly.  We actually left Fredericksburg 10 minutes early!  Our catered salads were delicious.

We really like this pilot and plane.  We’ve flown it several times now.

We also really like our driver, Johnny,  in Aspen.  We’ve ridden with him several times before.

Thank you for reaching out to ask about our flight. We were somewhat disappointed and embarrassed to share this flight with our guests. While the pilot and co-pilot were excellent, the plane was showing its age with dirty carpeting and several interior items either missing or broken (cup holder missing and tape holding some trim pieces). Most embarrassing was the large black hair which our guest found in her lunch salad. 

This contractor did not represent One Flight’s high quality that we have come to expect. 

Sorry for the bad report about equipment and catering service, however the flight was very smooth and the crew were excellent! 

 

Yes, we knew there was a delay. Pilots apologized but didn’t know what the issue was.

This a little delayed. Everything was fine.  We landed at Signiture and they gave us a ride to the rental car center.  I didnt have time to line up a car to be sitting there. But just as well as SB was swamped w graduation weekend and I was barely able to get a car.  

The flight and pilots were fine. My experience with Oneflight/Bajit however was not so good. 

1. Due to weather restrictions flying into Nantucket on 6/10/25 we could not depart on our desired day/time. This i understand.  Oneflight fight wanted us to fly into Providence Rhode Island and drive and ferry to Nantucket. That obviously is not a feasible option to travel to the island of Nantucket. Why would I charter a flight to go through that hassle. I could easily fly commercial into providence. 

My second issue is that we ordered catering, Specifically a charcuterie board. I ordered this when I booked my flight and even sent a text to confirm and received confirmation. We arrived onboard and there was no catering.

This was the first flight I booked through Bajit/Oneflight. I put $100k on deposit to see how your service performed. So far I’m disappointed. I’d like to get a refund of my money left in my act.  If not I’ll use what’s left in my act but can’t see how I’ll re-up with Oneflight. 

You’re providing a premier service and nothing about our experience was premiere. Very disappointed. 

Again, plane and pilots were great. It’s your service that was severely lacking.

The flights was fine.  Much prefer the Texas Jet FBO (as did the pilots).  The service is much better there.
