Ruby Dalton - VP of Human Resources
Ruby Dalton has been with ONEflight since February 2015. Ms. Dalton brings 22 years of consummate experience in Human Resources across the CPG, technology, healthcare, financial services, real estate, start-ups, and non-profit industries.
Ms. Dalton currently serves as the V.P. Of Human Resources with Enterprise-wide responsibility for the Organization’s human capital strategy, including talent management, organizational effectiveness, training and development, leadership coaching, policy development, legal and regulatory compliance, payroll, employee relations and event management. Previously Ms. Dalton worked for a leading private label company, Daymon Worldwide, where she was given an opportunity to excel her skills in international employment laws, recruiting in countries such as Mexico, Japan, Australia, and Canada. Ms. Dalton holds several certifications in human resource management, currently pursuing her SPHR, and is also well-versed in several HRIS/HRMS solutions, including ADP Workforce Now, Oracle Taleo, Workday, and UltiPro.
