Dave Stefanski - Corporate Council
David Stefanski has joined ONEflight International as corporate counsel. He will provide in-house legal advice and oversee all legal matters for the Company.
David is a Colorado native and has over 23 years of legal experience, primarily specializing in corporate, securities and business law. He has extensive experience representing public and private companies in the technology, real estate, energy, and banking sectors for a variety of securities and other transactions, including equity and debt offerings, private equity transactions and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
David is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder and University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
Outside of work, David enjoys golf, traveling and spending time outdoors with his family.
