The flight crew was very professional and cordial. The ground transportation was excellent. In particular, Bill, the driver
upon landing in Boston is among the best I have encountered. His attention to detail was impressive. The catering was also very high quality. The aircraft was very well maintained on the interior and a pleasure to be aboard.
