Thank you for checking on our trip. It went very well. The minor delay leaving RKD wasn't a problem at all. The flight crew were great. We had a little glitch with catering, but it was not a big deal.
Two of the three salads didn't have any dressing and there weren't any utensils or napkins. I was able to find utensils on the plane and we shared the one packet of dressing that we had. Like I said, not a problem but did want to mention it. The car service was there waiting when we arrived. The driver was very friendly. Our arrival went very well. We were on our way in no time at all. Overall, we were very pleased with our trip south.
