Flight was fine and landed with about a 30 minute delay, but we got an immediate shuttle to the international terminal for our overseas flight.
The only weird thing was that this was immediately post-Helene, and the roads were suspect about travel. The limo company called ME and asked whether we were still going to fly? They apparently could not reach anyone at One Flight early in the morning (EDT). I told them that no one had contacted me to tell me we were NOT going. So the limo came about 30 minutes late.
What is your communication protocol with the limo company and with me, if weather issues prevent or alter flight plans. Is someone available 24 hours a day to monitor this? The entire situation seemed a bit strange.
Otherwise, the flight itself was great.
