I just wanted to pass along some positive feedback while I was debriefing with Ms. A. She said the birthday decorations and cupcakes that were arranged for the were 150% perfect and had the birthday girl in tears. There were no services on the backend (per client) but that is probably for the best as we had a nightmare MX recovery.
