First, I want to thank the One-Flight team for getting us home last night.  I certainly do not know all the details about what happened, but I could imagine much worse scenarios (like being stuck in a foreign country, even if it is Canada).  It is still hard for us to imagine that you sent the jet from Miami/Tampa to Quebec, EMPTY, in order to pick us up and get us back to Savannah. So, hat’s off to you for this effort.  We appreciate it.

Second, if you will allow us to get unpacked and back to normal at home, we would like to explore further, some of the items that caused our delay in a later email.  We can always understand the impact of weather but there were other communications that still seem very strange to us.  This will help us manage our expectations going forward for future trips.  I will send another email shortly.
