Did just land. Pilots good. Plane was ice cold For about 20 min once in there And worst was WiFi di not work.
That was important and should be checked out before. They had no idea what was wrong and how to fix. Also the inside plane not redone and was old. They did not have soda as it froze last night in plane and ran out where they started. Not sure how you said was a good company but not same condition as we have seen. I think this plane should not be flown by your clients. They would not be happy. By way on lap belts no shoulder harness either. Flight was good besides that.
