We had several issues;

  • The pilots arrived at 9:00 AM and not 8:00 AM. This delayed our departure time 45 minutes. If we had arrived for our departure an hour late, your documents say we would be charged. Shouldn’t it go both ways?
  • The rental car was not at the FBO. We had to shuttle to the airport to pick it up.
  • You guys sent me conflicting confirmations indicating the rental car was with Avis and National. This is why I called you to get the correct confirmation number.

You certainly can’t control the weather, however the delays cost us valuable time especially since we moved our return departure time up to 3:30pm because of the snow.
