OFI is NOT a registered 14 CFR Part 135 Direct Air Carrier, nor does it provide air carrier services. OFI has developed an online booking site, referred to as BAJit.com. Flights booked with OFI or on BAJit.com are subject to the Charter Broker rules contained in 14 CFR Part 295.
