Qualifications
- Must provide Portfolio for review to be considered
- 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS development as a front-end developer
- 2+ years of experience with UI/UX Design
- Experienced with Figma and Adobe Software Suite
- Experienced with delivering mockups, wireframes, interactive design demos
- Experienced with creating designs for both applications and static websites
- Experienced with designing mobile applications
- Experienced with sourcing front end code from design tools such as Figma
- Understanding the purpose of a color palate and when to use it
- Able to generate designs that emphasize a clear and friendly User Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within a team in a collaborative manner
- Self-starter who is detail-oriented, quick-learner and deadline-driven
- Habituated to receiving peer feedback through code review, used to healthy design discussions and collaboration
- Willingness to learn new technologies and experiment with innovation

Nice to have
- Extensive experience building rapid prototypes within Figma in a demanding environment
- Experience with developing, maintaining, or enhancing a comprehensive Brand or Style guide
- Experience with or interest in working with the latest and greatest in the .NET Stack – C#, Blazor, MAUI
- Experience with or interest in learning Azure DevOps
- Experience with JetBrains IDEs
- Experience with ADA/WCAG Accessibility compliance
- Visual Portfolio of past projects
- Proven experience in identifying, understanding, and adopting user friendly and intuitive design principles

Responsibilities
- Generate designs for development projects of varying complexity and scope
- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code
- Provide guidance on current and future design efforts
- Create reusable logos, icons, style guides, and themes
